All prices are in Singapore Dollars

Returns & Exchange
If you are unhappy with an item please contact us via email within 3 days of receipt.   You will be responsible for the return postage, except if the garment is defective whereby we will cover postage expense.  Item/s must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods

Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final

Exchanges for merchandise are subjuct to availability. Please also note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Policy
All orders will be shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends).  The carrier will be Singpost with the delivery option chosen by the customer when ordering. International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes. Note that delivery times may vary when an item is on back order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date 

Payment Details
Your online payment is done via the PayPal payment gateway.  It is secure using verisign secure.  All payments will be processed in Singapore Dollars, customers can use the currency converter within the shopping cart area to check currency rates

Please note colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor

Sizes
Most of our sleepwear is 100% cotton, machine washable and is not pre-shrunk. We recommend machine washing on cold and tumble drying on low. This will minimize (approx 2%) but keep in mind that regardless of the washing method, you will experience some shrinkage. Therefore, we suggest purchasing a slightly larger size. If you are uncertain about the size to purchase for a gift, we suggest going a bit larger as most people prefer pyjamas that are loose fitting. Our pyjamas all have either elastic waist, this allows for comfort and the ability to adjust the pj pant to fit. Remember Pyjama pants have a roomy fit.

Playground will ship your order within 3 working days from confirmation of the order. Delivery to your door is dependent on the type of shipping you select.
